Can I get it together

In December is started a plan to get healthy. I started eating lots of vegetables, more water and less if any meat. In January I added in circuit training workouts and started to see results. I was going strong for 3 months until my job started got a little hectic and my travel increased. My stress level started to increase because I couldn't find the time to go workout. We are here today, it's been a month and I have not worked out and my eating has gone bad. It's hard sometime to get motivated and inspired. My mind is saying workout but my heart and body is feeling tired and defeated. 

I'm a working traveling mom and wife who is trying to get it together for my health and family. Sometimes my motivation is just to get rest so I can think thru the next monuments or days. You read all these articles about getting it done but each situation is unique and sometimes the mojo is just not strong enough. I'm sitting here trying to figure how to start again and keep it going without stoping. 

Get it together, it is possible...... I think :-)
